Rights and Permissions

All articles published in the Journal of Ahmedabad Dental College & Hospital (JADCH) are made available under an open-access model to promote the widest possible dissemination of scholarly work. Authors retain the copyright of their published articles and grant JADCH the right of first publication.

Unless otherwise stated, the journal permits readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, and to use them for any lawful, non-commercial purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal. Any reuse or redistribution must clearly acknowledge the source and maintain the integrity of the original work.

Permission is not required from the publisher or the authors for personal, educational, or research use of the published material. However, prior written permission from the journal is required for commercial use, systematic reproduction, republication, or distribution of the content for profit or promotional purposes.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any copyrighted material, including figures, tables, or substantial text excerpts, from other sources prior to submission. Such permissions must be submitted along with the manuscript, and proper acknowledgements must be included in the article.
