Copyright Policy

All articles published in the Journal of Ahmedabad Dental College & Hospital (JADCH) are protected by copyright. Authors who publish in JADCH retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication.

By submitting a manuscript to JADCH, authors agree that, upon acceptance, the journal is granted a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and display the work in all forms and media, including print and electronic formats. The journal also reserves the right to archive and disseminate the published content through indexing services, repositories, and digital archiving systems.

Published articles are made available under an open-access model. Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, and link to the full texts of articles for non-commercial purposes, provided that proper attribution is given to the author(s) and the journal. Any reuse must preserve the integrity of the original work and include appropriate citation.

Commercial reuse, systematic reproduction, republication, or distribution of published material for profit or promotional purposes requires prior written permission from the journal.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any copyrighted material (including figures, tables, or text excerpts) from other sources prior to submission. Such permissions must be submitted to the journal and appropriate acknowledgements must be included in the manuscript.

The journal reserves the right to take necessary action in cases of copyright infringement, including withdrawal of articles, issuance of corrections or retractions, and notification of relevant authorities when required.
